Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Grace Farm Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, drawn from sustainably grown vines in Wilyabrup, is typically two thirds Sauvignon Blanc and one third Semillon.

This wine lies on the cusp of New World and Old World style. Most is fermented in stainless steel for modern freshness and simplicity. However, a small portion is barrel fermented to bring traditional layers of texture and complexity.

Pale straw, Grace Farm Sauvignon Blanc Semillon balances tropical and citrus flavours with texture and delicate mineral acidity. Cellaring potential is four years.
